Curation refers to the internal review and selection process conducted in accordance with the Platform’s Curation Policy.
B. Platform Role and Scope
The Platform operates as a B2B business directory, promotion, and business information platform.
The Platform:
Is not an online marketplace
Does not set product prices
Does not process payments, logistics, or shipments
The Platform is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or contractual relationship between Suppliers and Buyers.
All negotiations, agreements, and transactions are conducted directly between Suppliers and Buyers.
C. Use of the Platform
Users agree to:
Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
Respect the rights of other Users and third parties.
Users are prohibited from:
Uploading false, misleading, or unlawful content.
Infringing intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Misusing data or information obtained from the Platform.
Interfering with the security or operation of the Platform.
D. User Data and Privacy
Personal data is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
The Platform may use non-transactional data for:

Curation and quality control
Service improvement
Platform promotion, in compliance with the Privacy Policy
E. Supplier Obligations
Suppliers represent and warrant that:
Their business activities are lawful
Submitted Content is accurate and legally owned or authorized
Suppliers are fully responsible for:
Product descriptions and specifications
Legal compliance of products and services
Any claims, certifications, or representations made
All Content is subject to the Platform’s Curation Policy.
Display of Content does not guarantee business inquiries or transactions.
The Platform reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove Content at its discretion.
F. Content Curation and Management
The Platform applies a curation process to maintain quality and relevance.
The Platform may:
Make minor edits for clarity and consistency
Remove Content that violates applicable policies or laws
Curation does not constitute endorsement, certification, or commercial guarantee.
Curation decisions are final.
G. Buyer Responsibilities
Information on the Platform is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only.
Buyers must conduct independent due diligence before entering any business arrangement.
The Platform is not responsible for:
Product quality or conformity
Supplier performance
Commercial disputes or losses
H. Intellectual Property Rights
All Platform branding, systems, and design are the property of Mitra Usaha.
Supplier Content remains the intellectual property of the respective Suppliers.
By submitting Content, Suppliers grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote such Content for Platform-related purposes.
I. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:
Direct or indirect damages
Loss of business, profits, or data
Disputes between Users
Use of the Platform is at the User’s own risk.
The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
J. Suspension and Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate User access, with or without notice, if the User:
Violates these Terms
Breaches the Privacy Policy or Curation Policy
Engages in unlawful or unethical conduct
K. Amendments
These Terms may be amended at any time.
Updated Terms will be published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
L. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
